I just want to say what a great experience the AIM conference was last week.  My company is very small – just under 1000 units.  I wasn’t sure the information would be relevant to a company without an enormous marketing budget.  But that was not the case at all – I learned so much and have come back with many ideas, along with a bit of an “attitude adjustment” regarding technology.
