Do you know of a young, rising star in multifamily marketing – a regional marketing manager, marketing coordinator or the like – who has never attended the Apartment Internet Marketing (AIM) Conference? If so, now is their chance to go to the most forward-thinking, interactive event serving their profession.

Through the “Be a Newbie No More!” contest, open only to those who have never been to AIM, Rent Dynamics and AIM are offering scholarships for two multifamily marketers. Each scholarship includes free registration to AIM 2016 The “X” Experience, a free stay at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach and $500 towards travel expenses.

In order to enter, each applicant must:

Submit a 250-word blog post discussing effective ways to improve the user experience of prospects and residents. The post can discuss anything from the apartment search process to transacting for or living in an apartment. This year’s AIM is all about improving the experiences of apartment shoppers and residents. Winning entries will be posted on the AIM blog. The posts should be emailed, along with the entrant’s name, title, company and contact information, to AIM: Be A Newbie No More.

After the conference, winners are asked to write a short post for the AIM blog about their experiences at this year’s conference (this can be in a written or video format). We will also ask that they actively promote AIM via social media during the conference.

The deadline for submission is Wednesday April 6, 2016. Winners will be contacted by AIM.
